Safe House Psychology delivers specialised and professional Psychological counselling services to people of all ages, including children, adolescents, and adults, from the ages of 5+ onwards. Safe House Psychology is inclusive of all cultural and racially diverse individuals, couples, and families, providing support in clinical, educational and developmental areas of psychology.
​A team of Clinical, General and Provisional Psychologists provide high quality treatment for a range of daily life concerns, to specialised treatment for a range of mental health disorders within a clinical setting, offering services throughout the day, with after hours appointments available to suit all needs and schedules.
​At Safe House Psychology, our Psychologists work from various frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy and Trauma-Based Interventions.
