COMPETITIVE REMUNERATION
We offer competitive market-based remuneration to our entire team. We also offer 9.5% superannuation, payable into any complying superannuation fund as well as salary packaging options for novated leasing.

VARIOUS LEAVE ENTITLEMENTS
Aspen offers various leave entitlements including annual leave personal/carer's leave, Defence leave and paid maternity leave. Eligible employees are entitled to long service leave entitlements as per the relevant State legislation.
