Role Description

This is a full-time or part-time hybrid role for a Speech Pathologist at First Step Support Services. The Speech Pathologist will be responsible for diagnosing and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, as well as dysphagia.

The position will be primarily community based & work from home. With achievable KPI’s (that arent exactly mandatory to meet everyday), you will work predominantly in the paediatric space.

We have positions available in both Geelong & Werribee. We only charge one way travel (who wants their precious funds eaten up by travel?) and group participants by suburb, making your day as convenient as possible.

With scheduled admin time - that doesnt have to be billable - forget about burnout or overtime here!

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Experience with NDIS report writing
• Bachelor or above in Speech Pathology or related field
• Membership with Speech Pathology Board of Australia
