- Base Salary range of $80,000-$95,000 based on experience.
- Bonus structure in addition to base salary - Opportunity to earn - up to $20,000 in addition to base salary + travel reimbursements
About Ocean Kids Health
Ocean Kids Health is a state of the art private Paediatric Physical Therapy service based in Seaford, VIC. We specialise in providing Physiotherapy and Exercise Physiology services to babies and children, within our two beautiful large clinics in Seaford and in the community. We have strong community partnerships and value our relationships working within our broader allied health teams alongside Paediatricians, GP's, Monash Childrens', RCH, VPRS and MCHNs.

In this role, your physiotherapy caseload will focus on working with and children presenting with a range of conditions including:
- Developmental Delays
- Musculoskeletal injuries
- Hypotonia and Hypertonia
- Joint hypermobility
- Neurological conditions
- Genetic Conditions
- Sensory Processing difficulties
What your role involves:
- Independently managing a caseload of children for various physiotherapy needs both in clinics, hydrotherapy and in the community.
- Strong focus on managing children and budding athletes with musculoskeletal injuries
- Running both Mini and Junior Intensive Therapy programs (following training).
- Supporting Undergraduate Physiotherapy Students.
- Running group based therapy programs

What you need to be successful:
- Current Physiotherapist registration with the AHPRA
- Current drivers licence and vehicle
- Current working with children's check and police check
- Bachelor of Physiotherapist or Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapist) or equivalent
- Relevant experience as a general Physiotherapist 2 years across public and private settings
- Relevant experience as a Paediatric Physiotherapist working with children with musculoskeletal conditions, and running 1:1 hydrotherapy sessions is desirable
- Post graduate qualification in Paediatric Physiotherapy or other applicable area, or working towards is desirable
Ideally, the successful applicant will be available to commence on or close to Wednesday 26th February 25

Interviews will be scheduled during the week of 3rd February, or sooner for the right applicant.
Following interviews, you may be offered an in-clinic trial in early February. We will then select a successful candidate.
