Established in 2012, Bright FACES Pty Ltd is a multidisciplinary paediatric clinic located in Melton, VIC. We are committed to providing professional therapies that support individuals and families throughout their lifespan while promoting a greater quality of life. Our organisation aims to empower individuals to live independently and confidently as active members of their community. Our programmes are based on the latest research and empirical evidence to support 'Best Practice' interventions, focusing on neurodiversity practice, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and Specific Learning Disorders (SLD).

Role Description

The role involves a variety of Speech Pathologist tasks, such as assessments and intervention through the delivery of individual and small group therapy sessions. Some remote work is acceptable, with the primary location being at the clinic in Melton, VIC.

 

Essential Qualifications and Experience (not negotiable)

• Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist Registration with Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)

• Authorised to work in Australia

• Min 3-years experience Speech and Language Pathology and Paediatrics skills

• Developmental knowledge related to Paediatrics

• Experience working with neurodiverse individuals (i.e., ASD, ADHD, etc.)

• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

• Strong communication skills

• Working with Children Check
