Located in Gosnells (6110), we are a well-established, accredited community health service with a significant focus on Chronic Disease, Aboriginal Health, Mental Health presentations and Preventative Medicine.
Our multi-disciplinary team is large, with about 40 Practitioners, working closely with nurses, allied health and specialists to deliver the best possible clinical outcomes to our patients. We are a busy Practice, and reflecting the diversity of the community population, presentations range from family medicine through to chronic disease, complex care, mental health and health assessments.
We are seeking the ongoing services of a VR General Practitioner to join our team on either a full or part time basis.
We are open to considering a salaried GP but prefer the traditional independent contractor model (70/30 split).
To be considered for this position it is essential that:
- You hold specialist registration with AHPRA as Medical Practitioner (FRACGP/FACRRM or equivalent).
- Reside currently in Australia with working rights/visa Have Medicare claiming privileges.
- An Interest / background in chronic disease, preventative or Aboriginal health.
