Experienced Exercise physiologist

Over the past three years, we have developed an exercise medicine delivery and prescription system that effectively treats, manages, and prevents mental and physical illnesses concurrently. Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position as an Experienced Exercise Physiologist at Chronic Care Australia located in Cottesloe, WA. As an Experienced Exercise Physiologist, your responsibilities will include delivering and monitoring exercise programs, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and educating patients on exercise techniques and lifestyle modifications. You will work closely with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive care and support to individuals with chronic conditions.

Qualifications

• Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) qualification
• Experience in designing and implementing tailored exercise programs
• Strong understanding of chronic disease management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Empathy and compassion for patients with chronic conditions
• Current CPR and First Aid certification
