We are dedicated to an evidence-based, holistic approach to patient care. Our philosophy is centered around empowering patients to understand their condition and actively participate in their recovery.
We have a brand-new boutique, custom-built clinic designed with luxurious, modern interiors. This new space will feature an expanded gym floor and a dedicated Pilates room, providing enhanced facilities to support patient rehabilitation and wellness.
Our clinic includes:
Private one-on-one treatment rooms for confidential, personalised care.
A first-class, purpose-designed gym with modern technology to optimize treatment outcomes. This allows us to take our patients through the whole fitness journey from injured to pain free exercise classes with our strength and Pilates coaches
We are a young team who foster a positive and collaborative work environment where our team members are encouraged to continuously improve their skills and provide top-tier patient care.
How our clinic operates:
- Our clinic has a very modern gym and Pilates studio
- We see a mix of private, sports and general musculoskeletal injuries
- Our days are from 8am – 7pm with the practitioners choosing their preferred hours and to work.
- We value time around seeing patients and allow ample time for notes, upskilling
- Mentoring is provided weekly
- VALD systems are used for our strength assessments for high quality
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, diagnose, and treat patients using evidence-based physiotherapy techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to support patients' recovery.
- Educate patients on their condition and empower them to actively participate in their rehabilitation.
- Provide patients with clear summaries and recovery plans to ensure a thorough understanding of their treatment journey.
- Utilise our clinic's gym, and equipment to optimise treatment outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
We’re searching for a charismatic, easy-going, and respectful physiotherapist who thrives in a collaborative setting and is eager to grow both professionally and personally.
Qualifications:
Must be a licensed physiotherapist registered under the National Physiotherapy Board of Australia.
Completion of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor in Physiotherapy, along with supervised clinical practice.
Membership in the Australian Physiotherapy Association and commitment to ongoing professional development.
New graduates are welcome; however, prior experience is preferred
