Working Hours: Full Time/ Part Time/ Casual
Salary Offer: $91,500 to $126,500 including super (depending on experience) + CPD Allowance + Benefits

About the role:
As a Speech Pathologist, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of children and adults in our community. You'll work collaboratively with a supportive team of professionals to develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement effective therapy plans tailored to each client's goals.
- Provide direct therapy services using evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote carryover of therapy skills.
- Participate in team meetings and case conferences.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of company's services.

Essential Criteria:
- A desire to make an impact in the lives of our clients
- A love of learning and a care for people
- A willingness to embrace diversity, and to work in a culturally sensitive, neurodiversity affirming manner
- An interest in paediatrics
- A Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with Speech Pathology Australia
- A willingness to undergo a Police Check and to attain a Working with Children Check
