Occupational Therapist
Ready for a workplace that's actually flexible?
About Our Client:
They are a thriving community/mobile allied health company based in Adelaide and the surrounding suburbs. Due to the ongoing demand for their services, they are excited to welcome a dedicated Occupational Therapist to their growing team. They currently serve clients in the southern, central, and northern areas of Adelaide, managing a diverse range of paediatric clients and beginning to extend into the adult realm.
They believe in work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements to help you manage your personal and professional commitments. A happy team leads to happy clients, so they prioritise creating a supportive and enjoyable work environment. And they actually mean it. Their clinicians set their own schedules and see clients when it suits them. Want to see clients from 8am - 12pm, finish off your admin and be done for the day? Go for it. Prefer to spread out your clients with some gaps to relax between? Not a problem! See your clients, get your notes done and that's it!
They're also big on making sure their team doesn't get burnt out from seeing back to back clients all day. Their KPI & commission model means we aim to bill 4.5hrs a day (including travel time), and anything you bill over this earns you commission. If you just want to hit the 4.5hrs and switch off for the day, they're all for that! If you want to work a bit more, be rewarded with a generous commission percentage.
