ARC is allied health performance and recovery centre on the Gold Coast, Australia that offers integrated interventions and programs using innovative therapies and technology. The centre focuses on delivering professional, compassionate care and personalized assessment and treatment to support the recovery journey of each individual. Services include Physiotherapy, Psychology, Exercise Physiology, Hydrotherapy, Virtual Reality therapy, Cognitive training and comprehensive biomenchanical assessments. There are some really exciting things happening in 2025 and we are seeking the right people to joing us on this next exciting chapter.

Role Description

These are contract (with the option of FT fo the right people) on-site roles for Physiotherapists/ Exercise Physiologists/ Psychologists at Atlantis Recovery Centre. The day-to-day tasks involve providing specialized therapy, assessment and treatment to clients, collaborating with the multidisciplinary teams and being amazing. Most importantly, we are seeking positive, passionate people who want to be part of a company determined to make a difference by utlising cutting edge technology, out of the box thinking, combined with your own passion and creativity.

Do you have any of these?

• A positive energy and a team player mentalilty
• A love (or desire) to be fit and healthy yourself
• A desire to work with other great people in a multidiscplinary environment.
• Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, or Psychology skills
• Experience in pain management, psychological therapy, or cognitive rehabilitation
• Knowledge of PTSD, anxiety, depression, and/or neurological conditions
• Ability to design and implement rehabilitation programs
• Like to play with cutting edge technology and think outside the box
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of DVA, NDIS, MEDICARE, and workcover treatment frameworks
• Experience or interest in sports performance and enhancement
• Certifications in relevant fields and ongoing professional development
• Be registered with AHPRA in your relevant field
• A love for the Collingwood Football Club, Gold Coast Suns, Golf and Coffee- oh whoops thats me.
