As a Speech Pathologist at SMART Spot, you’ll have the opportunity to:

You’ll be empowered to:

  • Lead your caseload: Manage your own diverse client list with autonomy and the support of an experienced team with administration support.
  • Shape clinical excellence: Contribute to developing and refining clinical guidelines, policies, and procedures to improve outcomes.
  • Champion family-centered care: Build strong, collaborative relationships with families, educators, and other professionals to support each child’s journey.
  • Enjoy administrative support: Focus on therapy while our team handles the admin, including calendar management and client communications.

Selection Criteria:

  • Bachelor of Speech Pathology
  • Currently registered with SPA (Speech Pathology Australia)
  • Current Working With Children checks for NSW and Victoria or eligibility for both
  • Eligibility to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Driver's licence
  • Understanding of family-centered practice
  • Commitment to informing and empowering families
  • Strong partnership and collaboration skills with clients and allied health professionals
  • Understanding of different approaches to paediatric assessment and intervention
