Our client is a not-for-profit organisation with a 50-year legacy of delivering disability and therapy services for children, adolescents, and adults in the Northern Territory. Their multidisciplinary team comprises Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Allied Health Assistants.

Key Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in Psychology with current certification
• Experience in the disability sector, including working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors
• A positive, collaborative attitude
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Proven experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic support

Additionally, you must hold (or be able to obtain) a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Driver’s Licence.
