Our innovative and flexible programs are designed to empower individuals to thrive and lead fulfilling lives. We are deeply committed to a philosophy that respects each person’s right to make informed choices about their own life.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, demonstrate adaptability, and be flexible in meeting the evolving needs of clients, the NDIS, and the organization. You will build upon clients’ strengths and work collaboratively with families, carers, teachers, and colleagues to address challenges that may arise.

Additionally, you will demonstrate the following:

  • A tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and challenging behaviors
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Proven experience in implementing evidence-based frameworks and delivering holistic support services
  • An understanding of working within the NDIS framework

You must also hold, or have the ability to obtain, a current Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid Certificate, evidence of Australian work rights, and an NT Driver’s Licence.

What's on Offer:
