Healing Minds Psychology is a fast-growing, dynamic company offering a holistic approach to mental health and well-being. You will become part of a supportive team of provisional, general and clinical psychologists who work together to provide a distinct service for clients. We pride ourselves on our workplace culture which encourages connection, and professional and personal growth.
We have 4 private practices located in Glenroy, Oak Park, Moonee Ponds and West Melbourne.
Our psychologists offer a breadth of experience in private practice, acute inpatient & outpatient services, AOD services, pain management, community services and forensic settings. We work with NDIS, WorkCover, TAC, Medicare, CareInMind and other private services. Out clinicians utilise a range of modalities such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused therapy with individuals, couples & families.

Your role will include:
- 1 on 1 counselling with the choice of working with children, adolescents and/or adults utilising a range of different modalities
- Option to provide formal assessments with clients including Cognitive, Autism and ADHD assessments
- Option to develop and/or facilitate groups
You must have:
- Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Clinical Registrar or Endorsed Clinical Psychologist is highly desired
- A strong commitment to maintaining an harmonious workplace culture and high quality of care including ability to build good rapport with clinicians and working collaboratively, as a team player
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
