Gen Physio Occupational Therapists provide a diverse range of care; from assessments and early intervention with children & adults, FCAs, home mods, assistive technology, online health options and so much more - and we love to work with our Clinicians to develop their caseloads based on their areas of interest and skillsets.
How does Gen Physio support our OTs?
- Guided orientation into your new role - support to establish your caseload and ensure you feel confident in a new business
- Supervision - constant support from our in-house experienced team of Occupational Therapy Supervisors
- Team discipline specific supervision meetings with the entire Gen Physio OT team to support you through complex cases, and group learning opportunities with industry leading professionals
- Regular skills assessments to build your caseload based on your learning/interests
- Supported clinical diary to help you achieve ideal caseload balance
- MDT catch ups with your team of fellow OTs, Speechies, Physios, PODs, Dietitians and Exercise Physiologists

Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapist & AHPRA registration
National Police Check, First Aid, and CPR (or willing to obtain)
Public Indemnity (PI) Insurance with a minimum of $10m cover (or willing to obtain)
NDIS Workers screening (or willing to obtain)
Current driver's license
Ability to legally work in Australia
