About the Role: 

Are you a passionate Speech Therapist looking for a community-based role with a flexible schedule? We're seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to join our growing team in Melbourne!
This position offers a competitive salary range of up to $140,000 depending on experience, plus fantastic benefits including a $2,000 CPD allowance after 6 months and a KPI bonus. You'll enjoy flexible working hours with a target of 25 billable hours per week.


We cater to a diverse caseload, but we're happy to tailor it to your interests! We prioritize your professional development, providing external supervision with a senior Speech Pathologist alongside support from our 3 experienced Occupational Therapists.

  • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments to determine the patient's needs and goals.
  • Develop individualised treatment plans that address the patient's needs and goals.
  • Implement treatment plans using evidence-based interventions.
  • Monitor and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate clients and their families on the therapy process and techniques.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care.
  • Provide ongoing support and encouragement to clients throughout their therapy.


Essential Criteria:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Speech Pathologist (no early graduates at this time).
  • Current membership with the Speech Pathology Association of Australia (SPA).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Access to a vehicle and a valid driver's license.
