Are you a dedicated Physiotherapist with a special interest in Women’s Health and pre- and post-natal care as well as experience in Clinical Pilates? At Inner Strength Bayside, we’re excited to welcome a new team member who is passionate about empowering women’s wellness and supporting our thriving schedule of Clinical Pilates classes and in-clinic services. This part-time role of 10-15 hours/week including Saturday mornings suits a practitioner ready to make a meaningful difference. Previous experience in Women's Health, whilst not essential, is desirable, with on-job mentoring provided. Our clinic is currently going through a period of rapid growth and this role has the potential to grow with it.

Your Role Includes:

  • Performing physiotherapy assessments and treatments, including managing pre- and post-natal populations
  • Leading Group Physio-led Exercise (Clinical Pilates) classes
  • Designing and implementing tailored rehabilitation programs
  • Clear, accurate record-keeping and case management
  • Engaging with our community through our social media ((at)innerstrengthbayside)

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Qualifications: Fully registered AHPRA Physiotherapist with a relevant degree
  • Experience: 2-3 years prior experience in private practice Physiotherapy with Clinical Pilates and Women’s Health, particularly in pre- and post-natal care, is highly regarded
  • Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a genuine interest in musculoskeletal health, and a team-oriented approach
  • Desirable: Dry needling training is a bonus
