  • A readiness to explore, evaluate, and explain service options, including their benefits and compromises.
  • An agile mindset, ready to liaise with various service providers and pivot strategies to enhance service fit and satisfaction.
  • A passion for continuous improvement, seeking feedback, and following up to ensure services not only meet but exceed expectations.

Qualifications & Licenses:

  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing or other Allied Health Professions
  • NDISWS and WWCC

They promise an environment that fosters growth, values each contribution, and champions the well-being of both staff and the communities they serve.

How You'll Make a Difference:
Act as a primary contact point, offering a warm, non-judgmental listening ear and expert guidance. Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand each individual's unique situation and needs. Provide informed referrals, connecting people with the right services and supports. Maintain ongoing communication with service users and providers, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey. Champion the ethos of personalized, strengths-based care, striving to make every service interaction as if it were for a friend or loved one.
