About Us:

We are a unique, boutique allied health provider that sets itself apart by offering a personalised, high-quality experience. Our mission is to empower individuals and build a connected, supportive community. Directors Mitch and Zac, who work directly as Occupational Therapists in the team, are committed to creating a team environment that goes beyond any experience you’ve had before. At Affinity Care Therapy Services, we lead with kindness and communication that is second to none, providing tailored, compassionate care that meets each client’s specific needs, across all ages and abilities.

Role Overview:

  • Type: Part-Time (flexible hours to suit your schedule; 20 hours per week)
  • Location: Perth metro area and surrounding regions, with Telehealth options Australia-wide
  • Clients: Primarily a general NDIS caseload (ages 0-65), with a special interest and focus on paediatric intervention

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments, including Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), and develop individualised care plans
  • Implement engaging, evidence-based interventions that promote client development, independence, and wellbeing
  • Work collaboratively with families, support coordinators, and a close-knit, multidisciplinary team
  • Document and track client progress, ensuring high-quality, consistent communication with stakeholders
  • Provide both face-to-face and Telehealth services, with travel throughout Perth and nearby areas

What We Offer:

  • A warm, supportive team that values a person-centred approach and is committed to making a real impact
  • Flexible, family-friendly working hours and a part-time role that aligns with your lifestyle – we are committed to supporting a role that best suits you for the long term
  • Opportunities for professional development and significant potential for future career growth within a boutique, expanding team
  • Direct support and mentorship from experienced OT Directors Mitch and Zac, who actively work to create a team environment beyond any you've been a part of before
  • Competitive hourly rate with travel allowances
  • Support for therapist wellbeing and open communication, fostering a healthy work environment where your voice is valued
  • A chance to be part of a boutique service that places value on personalised, compassionate care

What You Bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Ideally, a minimum of 2 years' experience working with NDIS clients, although we welcome interest from all candidates
  • Proven experience specialising in paediatric intervention
  • Experience across multiple areas within the NDIS, showcasing versatility and adaptability
  • Strong communication skills, empathy, and adaptability in family-centred interactions
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a varied caseload

Salary & Benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per annum pro rata + super, based on experience and qualifications
  • Professional Development: Opportunities for growth and career advancement
  • Flexible Working Hours: A role that adapts to your lifestyle and long-term goals
