Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist

Restorativ Physiotherapy in Pimpama is growing quickly, and we need another Musculoskeletal Physio to join our friendly team. Our focus is on professional, patient-centred care, evidence-based treatment approaches and a supportive, collaborative work environment.
Who are we looking for?
As a Physiotherapist in our private practice, you will play a crucial role in assessing, diagnosing and treating clients with various musculoskeletal conditions. You will build meaningful relationships with clients, be passionate about your work and excited for each new day.
Ideally, we are looking for a team member with 1-2 years’ experience in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy but it’s more important that we find the right person, so new graduates and anyone who feels like the role could be a good fit, is welcome to apply. The position will start as three days a week and you will have the option to increase to full time hours based around patient number growth. To help you balance your life, we are happy to consider flexible working arrangements, that work for you and us.
What we’re offering the successful candidate:
- The salary is between $90k - $110k per annum pro rata (including super), dependent on experience.

1. Weekly clinical training and mentoring sessions
2. Monthly in-services
3. Funding for external education courses
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver healthcare to an excellent standard
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients
- Collaborate and communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Participate in regular education sessions and stay up to date with the latest evidence-based treatment approaches
Qualities and Qualifications we are looking for:
- A degree in Physiotherapy.
- Desire to be an excellent physiotherapist who is continually learning through commitment to professional development.
- Ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
- Current AHPRA registration and hold Indemnity Insurance prior to work commencement.
- Right to work in Australia.
