About the Role
- Support participants to achieve their goals through tailored therapy plans.
- Observe and evaluate patients to assess the nature and extent of their psychological disorders.
- Help patients establish realistic goals and advise on suitable treatment options.
- Plan and conduct programs to address mental health challenges.
- Administer therapy to address psychological issues and support patient recovery.
- Conduct patient follow-ups and manage referrals appropriately.
- Communicate effectively with patients and team members.
- Work independently and manage your time efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of a person-centred approach.
- Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to connect with participants.

About the Ideal Candidate
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Psychology or equivalent (AHPRA registration required).
- Membership with the Australian Psychological Society (APS).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Experience working in the mental health industry.
- Experience working with Autism and other disabilities.
- Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD).
