We are seeking a proactive and innovative Nurse - Digital Content Curator to manage and expand our exciting new product's content library. Responsibilities include researching, sourcing and curating new content, ensuring compliance with content guidelines, and moderating user interactions. The ideal candidate is passionate about fostering the professional growth of nurses, has a creative mindset and demonstrates strong initiative. This role requires excellent communication, organisational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:
• Research, source and curate new content for the digital product library.
• Oversee content moderation to maintain app quality and standards.
• Manage user moderation and ensure community guidelines are upheld.
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and advancements in nursing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise product content strategy.
• Attend Melbourne CBD office once per week
Requirements/Qualifications
• Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration
• Commitment to continuous professional growth, passionate about nursing education.
• Self-motivated, creative, and able to work independently.
• Experience in content management and moderation is a plus.
