Are you a passionate and experienced dentist looking for a fulfilling part-time opportunity?
Spring Orchid Dental is seeking a dedicated Dentist to join our caring team and help look after our patients for 1-3 days per week.

As a general practice we offer comprehensive and caring service in a busy shopping complex with the latest contemporary technology. The modern architecturally designed practice has 2 well equipped surgeries with a warm, inviting atmosphere where patients feel safe and cared for.

We are looking for dentists with skills which allow us to offer extra services and availabilities to our patients.

What We Offer:

• QIP Accredited modern surgery with state-of-the-Art technology including onsite OPG, late model dental units, intra-oral cameras, rotary endodontics, digital x-ray and instrument tracking.
• Happy work environment with supportive, experienced staff. Longer appointment times. Option of having weekly meetings, phone check-ins as needed and owner with over 25 years of experience nearby and willing to provide support for difficult cases.

What We’re Looking For:

• AHPRA registration and eligibility to practice in Australia.
• Professional Indemnity Insurance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Honest and ethical, able to work well in a team.
• Experience working in private practice in Australia.
• Ability to treat 10-12 patients daily.

We are looking for a gentle, friendly personality, always placing patients' needs first and foremost. Someone who regards the patients as the most important person in the room and will treat them as such! Patient retention is paramount.

A passionate dedicated dentist who can contribute to the vision and goals of the practice – someone who wants to help the practice improve, help train staff, help improve systems, give support back to their colleagues, bring in new ideas and contribute to overall business growth. Someone we can learn from too!

Your Skills & Experience:

Experience is essential. We pride ourselves on the exemplary service we provide, and we are looking for someone who can deliver a diverse range of other complementary dental skills such as dental implant, surgical extractions, Invisalign and dentures to meet the growing needs of our patients.

• Wisdom teeth and surgical extraction.
• Endodontics.
• Dentures, Crown and Bridge.
• Dental implants.
• Clear aligners or Invisalign.
• Periodontal treatments and more.

Experience with Dental4Web practice management software is a plus but not required.

Availability:

Position available for full/half days on Mondays and/or Thursdays and Saturdays.
