The Opportunity:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to become a valued member of our team. You’ll work closely with clients, delivering comprehensive psychological assessments and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to address a wide range of mental health concerns. This role offers flexibility, whether you prefer full-time or part-time, with options for remote work.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct thorough psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans that meet individual client needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and general practitioners, to provide coordinated and holistic care for clients.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in line with best practices and ethical standards.

• Offer flexibility to meet clients’ needs, including occasional evening or weekend sessions.

What We're Looking For:

• Full registration with the Psychology Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist.

• Proven experience in providing therapeutic interventions to clients across various age groups and cultural backgrounds.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.

• A genuine commitment to professional growth, continuous learning, and ethical practice.

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

• Flexibility to adapt to client needs, including availability for occasional after-hours appointments.

Desirable Skills (But Not Required):

• Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations.

• Fluency in languages other than English is a plus.
