About the Role

As our Practice Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing the clinic's operations, managing our team, and driving growth. You'll also contribute directly to patient care by working some hours at Reception each week.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient practice management
• Lead and manage our team, including rosters, performance appraisals, and conflict resolution
• Drive new initiatives and coordinate education and training
• Liaise with our accountant for financial management and compliance
• Manage the accreditation process and ensure adherence to RACGP Standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in General Practice management
• Strong business development skills
• Expertise in financial management and Medicare Benefits Schedule
• Knowledge of 5th RACGP Standards and Accreditation requirements
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19

Desirable Qualifications

• CPM or Diploma of Practice Management
• Fellowship of AAPM
• Current CPR certificate
