Clinical Psychologist - Group Coordinator

In this role, you will:
- Provide effective evidence-based psychological therapy services to individuals, adolescents, adults, or couples experiencing mental health concerns.
- Design, facilitate, and lead effective therapy groups for diverse populations.
- Collaborate with other clinical psychologists and other mental health professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Contribute to developing, implementing and marketing our therapy groups, including program selection, recruitment, scheduling, evaluation and developing marketing content.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest treatment approaches through professional development opportunities (budget of $1,000 per year and one day of leave).
- Participate in individual supervision and multiple peer supervision groups to meet professional development requirements.
To be successful, you will:
- Possess a master of clinical psychology and/or a doctoral degree in clinical psychology and be registered as a clinical psychologist with AHPRA.
- Have proven experience in providing therapy services and leading therapy groups.
- Demonstrate a strong background in treating mental health disorders in outpatient settings.
- Be a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
- Possess strong organisational skills to manage client work, administrative tasks, logistics and marketing materials.
- Have experience crafting marketing materials and enjoy promoting mental health services.
- Be proficient in using social media platforms.
- Be a hard worker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Feel energised by clinical work and derive satisfaction from helping people.
