Phoenix Health & Fitness is a privately owned Exercise Physiology clinic established in 2011. PH&F currently has to facilities – one in Toukley (main clinic) and one at Alison.

Our aim is to provide evidence-based exercise prescription and chronic disease management…
all whilst creating an experience for the patient/client, not just a consult.

Our number one rule is to have fun and bring a smile to everyone’s face.. including staff! As most adults spent the majority of their time at work, why not include daily laughs and enjoyment.

What we have to offer

• State-of-the-art equipment: Landice, Exoform. Monark and other high-quality brands.
• High-end tools of the trade: Baseline, Duratech and Mecmesin dynamometers, Neurotrac EMG, Seca and Tanita bioimpedance scales plus a plethora of other assessment equipment required for a thorough and concise assessment.
• Access to established clientele.
• High level of autonomy with the opportunity to grow and develop.
• Variety due to constant change in caseloads, i.e., Medicare, DVA, NDIS, Workcover, ERAA, DACS.
• Uniform provided.
• Team lunch every week.

Required essentials 

• ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologist and member
• Indemnity insurance
• Current First Aid and CPR certificate
• SIRA registration (or willing to obtain)
• Registered with Medicare and DVA
• Driver’s license and reliable car
