The position

As a physiotherapist at Next Wave Therapy your caseload will be a mix of predominantly private musculoskeletal and sports injuries, and we are keen to develop your areas of interest.

We want you seeing the patients you are passionate about working with.

Experience or as strong interest in Pilates based rehab and exercise is essential.

We offer longer than standard consult times to help you get the best outcomes for your patients without the pressure.

We treat with a combination of expert education, manual and exercise therapy.

The following qualities are ideal:

• You love learning and growing and are passionate about expanding your knowledge and skills

• You love the private practice environment and have a minimum of 2 years experience but you are looking for something special where you can continue to grow

• You have a high level of empathy and emotional intelligence

• You like planning and being one step ahead

• You understand feedback is a pathway to improvement rather than personal criticism
