Chatter-Boxes Therapy Centre is a well-established, multidisciplinary clinic on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Situated across two clinics in Minyama and Aura, close to schools, the Sunshine Coast University Hospital and the University of the Sunshine Coast, Chatter-Boxes Therapy Centre has been providing support to children and their families for over 20 years.

• Independently provide high quality clinical services (assessment, therapy, AHA plans) in a generalist or specialist interest area 
• Communicate effectively with team members, clients and key stakeholders.  
• Engage in mentoring, performance planning and development and professional development to support your own career pathway and development.

• Understand the professional strengths, needs and desires of your team  
• Manage individual KPI’s, diaries, dashboards and budgets.

• To provide professional development to team in group mentoring and Team Days and support and training to AHA’s
• Assist in the recruitment, interview and onboarding of new Team Members
• Assist in the identification and purchase of gold standard clinical resources

• Assist in the development and review of policies and procedures
• Assist in the review and improvement of service delivery
