One Size Doesn’t Fit All: We’re not a traditional 9am to 5pm employer. We will work out a contract arrangement that works for Haven - that is clients, the business, and you!
Responsibilities:
- Deliver functional capacity assessments to identify individual needs, strengths, and goals.
- Provide hands-on therapy and interventions as needed.
- Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans accordingly.
- Collaborate with clients, their families, and stakeholders to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting in accordance with NDIS requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in Occupational Therapy and the NDIS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Full registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Experience working with NDIS participants is highly preferred.
