Milestones Family Health and Wellness is a boutique Allied Health and Pilates clinic that is designed to provide a continuum of care for the entire family - from Pregnancy, Birth, Baby and Beyond.

We provide;

• One-on-one physiotherapy and occupational therapy appointments for the entire family, both private and NDIS participants.
• Clinical Pilates (reformer, mat-work and trap) - Mums and Bubs, rehabilitation classes, teen and pre-teen “Mindful Movement” and dance/gym rehab classes.
• Our one of a kind “Meeting YOUR Milestones” Mums and Bubs play and education series is a 6 week program for Mothers and their babies, with social work, speech pathology and OT/PT support.
• Developmental play and exercise groups - tummy time to pre-walkers and also “Sporty Sprouts”.
• On-site concept store, stocking educational toys, books and lifestyle products
• Hydrotherapy, home visits, kindy/school visits and educational presentations to the community.

Essential for each position;

Experienced Paediatric Physiotherapist

• 2+ years experience
• AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
• Experience & proven capability in paediatrics
• Solid clinical reasoning
• Motivated in further education
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team but also autonomously
• Demonstrated commitment to patient outcomes and have a family/person-centred approach

Experienced Women’s Health/Pelvic Health Physiotherapist

• 2+ years experience in Women's Health is essential - Minimum APA Level 1 / 2 and WHTA Level 2 or 3 or considerable clinical experience and wanting to upskill.
• AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
• Experience & proven capability in Women’s Health
• Solid clinical reasoning
• Motivated in further education
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team but also autonomously
• Demonstrated commitment to patient outcomes and have a family/person-centred approach

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in any of the following:

Young Athletes, Adolescent Health, Clinical Pilates, Women’s Health and/or Paediatrics

(New Grads & EP’s are encouraged to apply!)

• Must have an interest in Paediatrics, Women's Health, Sports, Pilates and/or Musculoskeletal PT
• AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
• Strong willingness to learn and be motivated in further education
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team but also autonomously

Experienced Osteopath

• 3+ years experience
• AHPRA registration & current professional indemnity insurance
• Experience in treating women & paediatrics is essential
• Strong musculoskeletal and neurological osteopathy skills.

Desirable (for any of the above roles)

• An interest and/or experience in Musculoskeletal PT
• Confidently engage with local community Kindy’s, schools and playgroups regularly
• Pilates certification would be advantageous as we run small group reformer classes - rehab, ante and postnatal.
• A desire to be involved and trained in Clinical Pilates, Hydrotherapy
• Willingness to be involved in the planning and execution of our unique developmental groups (MYM, Pre-crawler/walker, Mindful Movement & Sporty Sprouts groups).
