Community Registered Nurse

We are currently searching for part time Community Registered Nurse to join our team working in the community and providing care to our clients in their home, in the Bunbury region.

The Community RN will provide contemporary evidence-based nursing care to customers including families. It includes the promotion and maintenance of health and the prevention of illness, and/or rehabilitation needs as well as alleviation of pain and suffering.

Our team are kind, curious and unbelievably passionate about the work they perform in the community, we are looking for a nurse that share those same values.

These include:

• Working independently with support from experienced senior clinicians.
• Implementing and monitoring care of clients to enable them to live well at home.
• Developing appropriate therapeutic and caring relationships.
• Collaborating with health professionals to achieve client outcomes.

About you

• Previous demonstrated experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant qualifications and AHPRA registration.
• Availability to work various shifts across various days.
• Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc).
• Police Check (valid within the last 3 years).
• Evidence of two covid 19 vaccinations
• Own vehicle and Australian Drivers licence.
• Willing to obtain annual influenza vaccination.
