Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in the NDIS industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with both adults and children, and proficiency in NDIS report writing (FCA's).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for clients with a variety of needs, including those with mental health disorders and disabilities.
• Provide occupational therapy interventions to help clients achieve their personal and functional goals.
• Write detailed and accurate NDIS reports (including FCAs).
• Work with a diverse client base, including children and adults, to address their unique occupational therapy needs.
• Maintain comprehensive client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated and holistic care.
• Engage in continuous professional development and supervision to stay updated with best practices.

Requirements:

• Registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist.
• Proven experience working with NDIS clients.
• Demonstrated ability to write comprehensive NDIS reports.
• Experience working with both adults and children.
• Expertise in managing a variety of mental health disorders and disabilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
