Holistic Physio Fitness is a premier health facility located in Mona Vale on Sydney's Northern Beaches. We are dedicated to helping individuals overcome fitness goals and injuries through evidence-based practice and a combination of modalities. Our staff consists of highly trained professionals, including dual qualified Physiotherapists/ Exercise physiologists, and, Exercise Physiologists. We pride ourselves on being at the forefront of exercise prescription and our treatment approach is geared heavily towards our Exercise Physiologists. we have two on-site fully equipped gyms.

Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role for an Exercise Physiologist in Mona Vale, NSW. The Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for grpup classes and one on ones. They will develop personalized exercise programs, conduct assessments, monitor progress, and provide guidance and support to clients. They will run our Guardian Classes and Maintenance classes also.

Qualifications
 

• Strong knowledge and experience with musculoskeletal conditions, mostly chronic, and also acute
• Exercise Physiology and Physiology knowledge
• Experience in exercise prescription
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Relevant certification in Exercise Physiology
• Experience working with diverse populations
