About the Position
As a Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist, we want you to thrive. We want to build into you with supportive supervision, practical skill-building through Deliberate Practice, and opportunities for co-therapy in our group programs. We want to ensure your caseload is sustainable and suited to your developmental stage, giving you opportunities for ongoing development as a clinician, providing evidence-based and whole-hearted care to your clients, and as an emerging leader with opportunities for career progression.
More specifically the role involves:
- Maintaining a caseload of 4 - 6 clients per day on average, according to your personal goals and preferences
- Active participation in Team Deliberate Practice, and weekly Clinical Governance meetings
- Contributing to curriculum development of our group programs, and resource development for effective clinical care, and other special projects according to your skills and interests
Reporting to the Director, and receiving clinical supervision and support from a Senior Clinical Psychologist, this is an exciting opportunity for a values-driven, growth-oriented clinician wanting to be an essential member of the team.
The position offered with the option of permanent part time or full time (0.6 - 1.0FTE). A mutually agreeable start date to be negotiated to ensure adequate time for a smooth transition.

About You
- Full registration with AHPRA as a psychologist
- Clinical interest in at least ONE of the following areas: working with neurodivergent adults; working with trauma and complex presentations; group therapy; using data (e.g. FIT); working with clients who hold a Christian worldview
