Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Pathologist with at least one year of experience to join our team. This role focuses on mobile service delivery within the Greater Sydney area, managing a diverse caseload that includes NDIS participants and Aged Care clients.
We are also hiring for full time or part time Speech Therapists.

Key Responsibilities
- Comprehensive Assessments:
Conduct thorough assessments of clients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing abilities to determine individual needs.
- Therapeutic Strategies:
Develop and implement tailored therapeutic strategies aimed at improving communication skills and swallowing function for clients across various age groups.
- Community Engagement:
Provide direct therapy services within the community, visiting clients in their homes, facilities, and other community settings.
- Remote Administrative Work:
Perform administrative tasks such as report writing and documentation remotely, ensuring accurate and timely records of client progress and therapy outcomes.
- Collaborative Work:
Engage with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.
- Professional Development:
Participate in ongoing professional development activities to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of speech pathology.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) registration.
- Full Australian work rights.
- Valid Australian driver's license held for at least one year and access to a personal vehicle.
- Current Working With Children (WWC) Check.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check.
