Occupational Therapist
About the job
Movementum is an Occupational Therapy practice based in the Wollongong and Campbelltown Regions of NSW.
Our core purpose = Movementum exists to improve the safety and quality of care provided to those with disabilities in our community.
How we do this
We work to build collaboration between individuals who require physical support and those who provide the support, with a focus on high-quality, injury-free care. As an NDIS registered practice, we closely work with care providers, support workers, and individuals with physical disabilities to ensure the highest quality of care through equipment prescription, development of quality care routines, carer training and funding applications for suitable supports.
About this position:
This is an opportunity for an Occupational Therapist with NDIS experience to move into a part-time or full-time role with our small and connected community-based team. As part of this role, you would work closely with individuals with physical disabilities and their support services, to foster an environment where high quality and efficient care can be delivered through having the right equipment, innovative techniques, and quality training for those providing the care services. This role allows you to be part of how it all comes together – for an individual to receive high quality care, in their environment, by people who are safe and supported to provide this!
