What You'll Do

• Manage a Full-Time Caseload: Deliver face-to-face, mobile, and group sessions.
• Focus on Quality Care: Our admin team handles client communication, reporting, and payments, so you can concentrate on therapy.
• Supervision Opportunities: Depending on your experience, you may provide guidance to Allied Health Assistants.
• Utilise Advanced Tools: Work with Splose and Microsoft Office Outlook to streamline your practice.
• Work on Innovative Projects: Our team are working on some exciting community projects and would love your input.

Qualifications

• Degree in Speech Pathology (Bachelors or Masters equivalent).
• Current Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.

Location

Based in Narellan, next to the Narellan Town Centre (Elyard St), we offer one full mobile day per week and flexible work arrangements, including occasional remote work depending on your caseload.

Onboarding Process

• Submit your application with a resume & cover letter.
• Participate in a case-based interview (we may request additional documentation such as a de-identified report or written letter).
• Reference checks will be completed on the day of your interview. If you are successful, you will be notified within the week. We won't keep you waiting - we understanding job hunting can be stressful.
• Meet the team on your orientation day.
• Commence your role in early July, 2024.
