About Us: We are a well-established, family-based General Medical Practice in Canning Vale. We are seeking applications for the position of Experienced RN/Lead Practice Nurse to lead our treatment room and nursing team.

Role Overview: Working closely with another nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering the highest quality of healthcare to our patients. A patient-centered approach, especially in preventative care and Chronic Disease Management, is essential.

Position Details:

• Title: Registered Nurse/Practice Nurse Manager 
• Employment Type: Full-Time or Permanent Part-Time (with flexibility to cover extra days for holiday and sick leave)

• Patient Care:
  • Chronic Disease Management and Care Plans
  • Health Assessments
  • Diagnostics: Audio, ECG, Spiro & BP
  • Childhood Immunisations
  • Ear Irrigation
  • Assisting with Minor Procedures
  • Wound Care
  • Travel Vaccinations
• Technical Proficiencies:
  • Experience with BestPractice and Hotdoc is preferred, but not essential. 
  • General computer literacy

Compensation:

• Pay rate dependent on qualifications, experience, and abilities
• Pay reviewed upon successful completion of the probation period and annually thereafter
• Weekly pay cycles
