GP-owned established clinic of 24 years. Indian /Sri Lankan/Asian respectful patient cohort (Low complaint litigation risk)

We are a mixed billing purpose-built facility located in Springvale Victoria looking for a GP offering 80% of billings option, to buy into the business now or later (would suit Indian/Sri Lankan/Asian GP)

• Large easy going respectful cohort with low complaints and litigation risk
• Purpose-built facility with 4 consulting rooms and staff facilities with quiet space to unwind if necessary. Plenty of parking.
• Robust recall and reminder system, automated and followed up daily by nursing staff.
• Each GP sets their fees and their own hours (Part-time/Full-time)
• 20% service fee (+GST which can be claimed back). All billings go directly to the doctor's personal bank accounts.
• Reliable IT support, business class NBN and internet
• Cloud-hosted Medical Director.
• On-site pathology 6 days a week
• Allied Health facilities are available. (Physiotherapy, Podiatrist, Dietician)
• Endocrinologist consults Monthly On-site

GPs are supervisors in the RACGP training program and can provide excellent mentorship to a new graduate if necessary.

We are looking for

• Current Specialist AHPRA registration with no restrictions on practice.
• Vocational registration as a specialist GP
• Have full Medicare claiming privileges
• Enjoy working in a multicultural practice
