At Family Time, we are a community of health and childhood professionals committed to the care and support of children and their families across Australia We provide a range of allied health and holistic health services to children with disabilities and their families, including Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Counselling, Neurotherapy, Cellular Health Support and Nutritional Therapy.

About you

We are seeking experienced, warm, confident, and proactive Occupational Therapists to join our dynamic Trans-disciplinary team in either a FULL TIME or PART TIME role, or, as an INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR capacity to suit work life balance.

This role will see you join a progressive company that is leading the way nationally in integrated health and is a huge growth opportunity for your career.

 

The role requires:

  • Recognised university qualifications in Occupational Therapy.
  • Registration with AHPRA.
  • Understanding of allied health professionals and their methodologies in supporting children and their families.
  • Experience working effectively with children aged 0-15 years with disabilities including Autism Spectrum Disorder or development delays using holistic family centred approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to use strategies that help strengthen parent's capacity to meet the learning needs of their child.
  • Understanding of adult learning principles, coaching and reflective questioning.
