About the Role
Our ideal applicant has a passion for working with children with disability. Your caseload will be predominately children aged 0-18 years. You will work in our beautiful fully resourced clinic 3 days a week and work out in the community (e.g. schools, day cares, client homes) the other days. We believe in life/work balance so you can choose how you would like to work your full-time week between Monday and Saturday.
We provide ongoing support to our Speech Pathologists that includes resources, workshops, supervision with a senior therapist, fortnightly Speech huddles, and regular in-services. We provide ongoing development opportunities to you throughout your career. We develop an individualised learning pathway to help you achieve your goals.
Reporting to one of our experienced Team Leads, you will work within our multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional Speech and Language services to our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Provide Speech and Language therapy, predominately to children with disabilities aged 0-18 years.
- Administering standardised assessments to a paediatric caseload.
- Conducting individual and group therapy using evidence-based practice.
- Developing reports including assessment reports, progress reports and NDIS reports.
- Maintaining treatment notes.
- Providing community-based and clinic-based therapy.
- Attending regular meetings, team huddles, and staff events
As the successful candidate, you will be a Speech Pathologist that has:
- Full Australian Working rights
- Relevant qualification in Speech and Language and registration with SPA
- Eligibility for a Medicare provider number
- Driver’s licence and access to your own car
- National police check
- Valid working with children check
- NDIS Workers Check
