Disability Dietitian or Generalist Dietitian
What’s the role?
Provide individual consultation for private and Medicare clients
Perform NDIS nutrition assessment, education and report writing
Facilitate group education sessions for corporate services or community events
Administrative duties, such as referral and patient administration
Provide program developments and menu development programs
Perform social media activities
Travel by plane or vehicle to communities throughout Central Australia
Is this the right role for you?
- Accredited Practising Dietitian (provisional APD status acceptable)
-Registration with Dietitians Australia – new graduates are encouraged to apply
-NDIS worker screen, Driver’s license, Ochre Card & Police Check required
-Professional Indemnity Insurance up to 10 million (reimbursed after probation period)
-Cultural Awareness and responsive training or willingness to undertake
-Food Safety Certification or willingness to undertake
