We are looking for an outstanding physiotherapist to take over an existing caseload of clients and build their own.

About the Role An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, bubbly Physiotherapist to join the team to provide treatment to a diverse caseload of clients including musculoskeletal, NDIS, and workers' compensation patients.
Tasks and responsibilities include:
· Conduct comprehensive patient assessments.
- Develop clinically reasoned treatment plans.
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based physiotherapy services.
- Facilitate excellent patient outcomes and transition clients through their rehab with a strong exercise background.
· The role may require occasional home visits.
About You As our newest Physiotherapist, you will:
- Hold AHPRA registration and a Bachelor of Physiotherapy.
- Possess a full driver's license and full Australian working rights.
- Display excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills
- Have the ability to complete tasks without prompting and show excellent initiative.
- Must be confident to work autonomously and treat the clinic as your own, actively seeking to improve practice operations and patient care.
- Be confident in working with minimal support and excel in clinical reasoning.
- Maintain excellent relationships with GPs and EPs.
- Demonstrate empathy, a bubbly personality, excellent customer service and retention skills, ensuring the ability to gain rapport and retain clientele.
- Takes initiative to make presence known in the gym environment to ensure referral relationships.
