Role Description:
We are currently seeking a part-time receptionist to join our dynamic team at St George Health. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in administering multiple practitioners' appointment diaries, handling billing tasks, managing phone and customer inquiries, and facilitating seamless communication between our team of healthcare professionals, other staff members, and the director. This role entails 24-30 hours per week, with flexibility to cover existing reception staff during times of sickness or other absences.
The ideal candidate will be reliable, well-presented, and possess excellent customer service skills. While prior experience in medical or allied health reception is preferred, on-site training will be provided for the right candidate to familiarize them with specialized medical software.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical or allied health reception
- Australian citizenship or full working visa
- Administrative or marketing experience is considered a plus
