Position Overview

As Practice Manager, you will combine your exceptional patient centric skill with your people leadership. As Practice Manager/Medical Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing outstanding customer service and administrative support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations within our cosmetic clinic.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver a high standard of customer experience and exceptional patient care
• Lead operational process across the clinic
• Support team of Doctors, Nurses, Dermal and Skin Laser Therapists and Receptionists
• Monitor sales and motivate a team to achieve set targets
• Stock and inventory management
• Rostering and people leadership
• Retail product sales

About You:

• Proven experience in the cosmetic medicine industry or as medical receptionist is advantageous and will be held in high regard
• Compassionate and empathetic demeanour when interacting with patients.
• Ability to build an excellent team environment whilst upholding the Contour Clinics culture
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Retail sales
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Focused on customer service
