We love helping motivated Physiotherapists excel as Musculoskeletal practitioners within their first 12-18 months at Activ Therapy through our dedicated Mentorship program

Our Senior Mentors are Physio's with 10-15 years of practical experience in the Private Practice sector, so they know exactly which techniques to use to help our thousands of clients each month.

For you to thrive at Activ Therapy, you must:

• Be a highly motivated New or Recent graduate Physio who wants to help as many people as possible
• Be a humble and hard worker to learn as much as you can from highly experienced Physiotherapists
• Have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a growth mindset - we are all always learning!

• We are committed to helping our Physios succeed through our Mentorship Program which includes our Induction Training Program so you can start treating your clients with confidence from Day 1
• You will have access to our Training Portal - a comprehensive resource compiled for your learning - along with your own Practitioner Dashboard to guide you through the next steps of your clinical development
• You will have regular 1-1 coaching and support calls with a Senior Team Leader to run through any cases that you're stuck on, as well as group tutorials to hone your clinical hands-on skills.
• You will also learn from leaders in the field through our external seminars - we've had presenters such as James Schogmburgk (The Second Visit), Tim Bransdon (StrongFeet), Inger Villadsen (DNS), Grant Mackay (Mulligan's) and Lorimer Moseley (Explain Pain) to name a few.
• You will be supported by a team of 30+ Practitioners and 5+ Admin team members who boast a wealth of professional knowledge and life experience
