Salary: $95,000 - $115,000 per annum + super
Location: Melbourne

About the role:
We are looking for motivated, client centric, outcome focussed Senior Speech Pathologist to join our expanding Melbourne team in a Team Leader role
- You will be provided a work life balance. This is not optional
- It is desirable to understand and be able to administer/interpret a variety of psychometric/objective screening tools
- Conduct comprehensive health and injury assessments
- Assess and treat clients to carry out community-based rehabilitation programs to improve functional independence and quality of life
- Opportunity to work across all age groups from 0 to 65 years
- Provide evidence based clinical services to participants living with disability and/or chronic complex conditions
- It is desirable to have a good level of commercial acumen and understand the key drivers behind referral trends. Providing quality customer service to all stakeholders is essential to be successful for this role

Requirements:
- Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology
- Current registration with SPA
- NDIS experience and understanding is highly preferable however as long as you have clinical experience, this is key
- A passion for assisting clients to reach their full potential
- Proven ability to establish meaningful relationships with a variety of stakeholders and be able to demonstrate and validate repeat referral sources
- A high level of written and verbal communication skills, particularly in advocacy, mediation, negotiation and conflict resolution
- Current driver's licence and registered vehicle
- Working with Children Check
- Other qualification specific to disability will be highly regarded
