ABOUT LIVING DREAMS DISABILITY SERVICES
"We see the ability not the disability."
We are a disability health care service who approaches our clients’ health and wellness from a holistic point of view, with experienced NDIS registered professionals who work together across a variety of key health services to help maximise their outcomes and achieve their goals. With our clients at the heart of everything we do, we intentionally provide a variety of healthcare services under one roof, eliminating the lack of communication between providers and constant travel between them. Our client group is from Prep to adults and primarily NDIS clients. We run both individual and group sessions via telehealth and face-to-face (in clinic, out in the community or as home visits).
